PADI Advanced Mermaid

The PADI Advanced Mermaid course is designed for experienced swimmers, and is closer to a traditional “freediving” course. You’ll learn about swimming in open water conditions, safety and rescue, and how to stay safe when you encounter aquatic life.

Prerequisites: you must complete the PADI Mermaid certification before taking the Advanced Mermaid course. If you would like to do Mermaid and Advanced Mermaid all at once, click here.

Course includes the price of PADI E-Learning and fees, booking and reservation fees, and class tuition.

You must be age 12 or over, able to swim at least 100m/320ft without swim aids, in good physical health, and able to float comfortably at the surface for 10 minutes.

Your course will consist of three parts: an online E-Learning course, an in-person pool session, and an in-person open water session. E-Learning is done independently, and needs to be completed at least 1 week before your in-person sessions, unless otherwise specified. The location of your pool session and open water session will be sent to you privately.
